Some of the questions we receive regularly will be answered here: 

Is EnvEuro an ERASMUS MUNDUS PROGRAMME?

No, the EnvEuro programme is not an Erasmus Mundus programme. 

Do the fees include accommodation and insurance at the host university?

No, the fees at the partner universities do not include housing nor living costs and insurance.

Are there any scholarship opportunities for students from Developing Countries?

No, unfortunately there are no scholarships available for students.

I will not have completed my BSc (or equivalent first degree) before the application deadline, but I plan to finish it before the course starts. Can I apply for the EnvEuro Programme?

Students in the last year of BSc studies can also apply for admission. The Selection Committee can admit the student based on a transcript of his/her academic record and the expected date of graduation, together with an official letter from their home university stating that the student will have completed the degree in due time.

I am native speaker of English. Do I have to present any language skills proof or certificate?

Nationals of the following countries are exempted from submitting a language test: Antigua and Barbuda, Australia, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Canada, Dominica, Grenada, The Grenadines, Guyana, Jamaica, New Zeeland, UK, USA, Republic of Ireland, St. Kitts und Nevi, St. Lucia, St. Vincent, Trinidad and Tobago

I am not a "native speaker" according to the answer above, but I am from an Anglophone country and I have studied my BSc degree in the English language. Do I still have to present a TOEFL, IELTS or equivalent (e.g. language course certificate from an ELLS university) certificate?

Any first degree in English completed in either Europe, US, UK, Canada, New Zealand, Ireland or Australia is acceptable.

For those of all other countries, admission criteria language skills in English are:

TOEFL iBT 90
IELTS 6.5
Cambridge Advanced       Passed

No first degrees taught in English as ‘medium of instruction’ are accepted, nor are language course certification equivalent to the above from another ELLS partner.
